Rebates can be rejected for variety of resons. (common causes for rejecting rebate) Depending upon the reason why rebate was rejected, you can still get your rebate check (time to purse this can vary time = money).
General guideline (depending upon rebate handlers’ policy)
- If rebate was rejected because you didn’t enclose all documents, call rebate handler and ask for fax number. You can most likely fax missing documents and get your rebate
- If rebate check never came because rebate processer didn’t get your submission, try to talk with Customer service and re-submitt documents.
- Forgot to sign/date, forgot to register product can also be corrected by re-submitting.
